Protac MyFit® is a sensory-stimulating vest that provides a pleasant enveloping feeling for the body. Protac MyFit® is sewn in a black elastic fabric that fits snugly to the body. The design is discrete as the balls are placed on the inside. The outside has a sleek design with two front pockets.
The vest closes with a zipper and can be adjusted individually with the elastic laces in the sides and on the back of the vest. It is important that the vest fits tightly to the body to have the optimal effect.
Each size is described with intervals in centimeters corresponding to the chest/waist of the user.
To find the right size, you must measure the user. For some, the biggest size is it the chest, for others it is the waist.
The vest is available with 2,5 cm and 3,8 cm balls. The model with 2,5 cm balls provides a gentle sensory stimulation whereas the other provides a strong sensory stimulation. The choice depend on the sensory need of the user.
The vest has been part of a PhD project showing how it can helps sensory-seeking young school children to better concentration and well-being.
