Service and warranty
The expected service life of the product is 5 years. This is based on correct use, cleaning, washing and maintenance.
Products used beyond the expected service life must regularly undergo a maintenance inspection which implies checking for wear and tear in fabric and seams.
The product comes with a 2-year warranty.
The warranty will be invalid in case of:
- overload or excessive use of the product
- lack of or incorrect maintenance of the product
