Protac® Ballbase cover
There are several benefits to using a cover for Protac® BallBase, and two different versions are available.
The white cover is an incontinence cover designed to fit around the mattress pad itself. It keeps the mattress pad dry in case of e.g. incontinence and can also be used for hygienic purposes.
The cover is made from 100% polyester with a PU coating, which prevents liquids from penetrating the mattress pad while still allowing the skin to breathe.
A zipper runs along the foot end and up one side, making the cover easy to fit and remove.
It is available in both 90 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm, making it suitable for both sizes of Protac® BallBase.
The cover is tailored to fit closely around the mattress pad.
Water repellent strech cover (black)
The black cover is not an incontinence cover, but it is water-repellent. It fits a 140 × 200 cm box mattress and covers the entire mattress with the Protac® BallBase placed on top.
It is easy to wipe clean, but it is not 100% waterproof.
The cover is made from 100% polyester with a PU coating in a comfortable, breathable quality.

WASHING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
The Protac Incontinence Cover for Protac® BallBase can be washed at 90° degress.The frequency of washing depends on the use and the individual needs and issues for the user.
When washing the incontinence cover, please follow the instructions below.
The cover can be machine washed in a washing machine with a minimum capacity of 7 kg, using a detergent that is free from bleach and perfume. Please also refer to the care label attached to the cover. Do not use stain removers, as they may damage the PU coating.
Protac cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect washing, handling, or maintenance.
Maintenance
It is recommended to wash the incontinence cover regularly.
The use of a laundry bag is also recommended to help protect the cover during washing.
